Build a consortium of national and international organizations that are involved in cholera prevention and control in Africa to implement and sustain a multi-site cholera surveillance network in nine African countries (Cameroon, Côte d'Ivoire, DRC, Guinea, Kenya, Mozambique, Tanzania, Togo, and Uganda).
National capacity building
Build upon and reinforce existing surveillance systems and laboratory capacities by providing material and training.
Gather and share scientific information on cholera disease burden and incidence with partners, countries, and the scientific community.
